The casting film unit is mainly composed of the following parts:
Extrusion system: including hopper, screw, barrel, die head and other components, responsible for heating and plasticizing plastic particles and extruding them into a molten state.
Casting system: After the molten material is extruded through the die, it is cooled and solidified on the casting roll to form a continuous film.
Cooling system: By using cooling water and refrigeration equipment, the flow roller and film are cooled to ensure the flatness and quality of the film.
Cutting system: Cut the cooled film into the desired width and length to form the finished product.
